Due to demand, we are now able to design or replicate uniform “stable belts”. These items are used within the uniformed services, both here in the UK and overseas, with the colours generally reflecting each regiment or corps.
The stable belt is worn at times by the armed forces of the United Kingdom and other Commonwealth countries.
The term uniform “stable belt” is known to have origins in the UK, when cavalrymen would place the surcingle (a strap usually made of leather that fastens around the horse’s girth) around their waist when cleaning the stables and tending to their horses. In the 1950s it’s widely understood that their use spread to all branches of the armed forces, adding a splash of colour and individuality to the khaki working uniforms.
If required, we’re able to design unique stable-belts to reflect the identity of our clients’ organisations or replicate any existing pattern. All stable belts are produced to an exceptionally high standard to provide years of robust service. Buy once, buy well.
The minimum order quantity is 100 and this can be split between four belt sizes, S, M, L, XL with further price points and savings to be had at 250 and 500 quantities; we can, of course, produce even larger quantities!
On every first order, for any particular stable-belt design, we produce a pre-production sample for our client’s approval or comment, thus ensuring complete satisfaction by the end-user prior to full production
